Rally has been involved in the real estate industry for the past 10 years and has never looked back.
Having been a sales consultant initially Rally has now undertaken the role in the company of assisting the sales and property management staff with viewings, attending building and pest inspections and valuations.
With a background in maintenance this knowledge also assists in the day to day inspecting of maintenance issues required in property management.
Rally has resided in the area with his wife Wendy for the past 38 years, their two daughters Kelly and Linda have since moved from the area and both have their own families and lucrative careers.
Rally still has past clients that request for him to sell their property, which he is always happy to undertake.
Having spent many years on acreage Rally has a vast knowledge of the day to day running of pumps, tanks and farm equipment and is always ready to offer advice or assist when needed.
Rally’s favourite pastime is fishing which he cannot get enough of and often spends time with past and present clients wetting a line.
Rally is also a keen animal lover and a member of the Animal Welfare League Queensland.
Having a background of 15 years in office management and a desire for a career change Kim obtained her full Real estate License in 2012 and began her role as a Property Manager.
Kim and her husband decided to move to Perth where she continued in her role as a Property Manager for the next 5 years.
A desire to move closer to family in particular her Grandson guided Kim and her Husband to move to Queensland and settle in Logan Village. Both Kim & her husband are extremely happy with the move and enjoying the time spent with their grandson.
Kim feels she has found a good work life balance working with Wendy and the team. Kim is personable and understanding, eager to help clients and meet their needs, she is a helpful member of the team dedicated and professional.
